Safety Precautions

Mouth and nose protection

As of April 16, 2022, the FFP2 mask requirement will no longer apply, but we recommend wearing a mouth-nose protection.

Keep your distance

For your own safety and that of others, we recommend to keep a distance of at least 2 metre from staff and visitors. It is most urgent that you take note of the safety instructions of our staff, which are issued for everyone’s safety.

Avoid Groups

Avoid gathering in groups and, if necessary, wait before entering a particular room or area.

Please note hygiene recommendations

Please keep to the hygiene recommendations. This means washing your hands regularly for a minimum of 20 seconds, and use the hand sanitizer dispensers provided. Make sure you sneeze/cough into disposable tissues, alternatively into your elbow.

Cashless payments

If possible pay cashless – for your safety and that of our staff. Please use as priority the option of buying tickets online at www.imperialtickets.com. This is also possible at short notice before admission!
